Procedures or Surgeries that are scheduled in advance and performed by a licensed Physician in a Licensed Surgical Facility or Hospital, and do not involve acute trauma, a medical emergency, a life-threatening condition or a request for a procedure or surgery on an urgent category basis.

The client must sign up at least 48 hours prior to their procedure. The process to get coverage is entirely online, takes less than 5 minutes and can be paid for using a credit card.
